Dix-huit ans de prison ont été requis ce jeudi contre le rappeur MHD, jugé pour le meurtre à Paris en 2018 d'un jeune homme, lynché dans le cadre d'un règlement de comptes. L’artiste de 29 ans avait, la veille, nié toute implication.
Une incroyable descente aux enfers. Dix-huit ans de prison ont été requis ce jeudi 21 septembre contre le rappeur MHD, jugé devant la cour d'assises de Paris pour le meurtre à Paris en 2018 d'un jeune homme, lynché dans le cadre d'un règlement de comptes entre bandes rivales.
L'avocat général a également requis de treize à vingt ans de réclusion criminelle pour six autres co-acccusés, dont la peine maximale pour l'un qui est en fuite et donc jugé par défaut.
Il a par ailleurs demandé l'acquittement pour deux derniers hommes : l'un d'eux, Wissem E., avait été disculpé par les enquêteurs au cours des débats. Pour l'autre, Moussa K., il a considéré qu'il n'était «pas raisonnable» de le condamner au vu des éléments avancés dans l'enquête pour l'incriminer.
LA MERCEDES IMPLIQUÉE DANS LE DRAME APPARTENAIT À L'ARTISTE
Dans la nuit du 5 au 6 juillet 2018, Loïc K., âgé de 23 ans, est mort après avoir été renversé volontairement par une Mercedes dans le Xe arrondissement de Paris, puis passé à tabac par une dizaine d'hommes et lacéré de coups de couteau. Le véhicule a été retrouvé le lendemain, incendié, dans un parking.
Au cœur du dossier, un règlement de comptes entre jeunes de la cité des Chaufourniers, surnommée la cité rouge, et celle, voisine, de la Grange aux Belles, situées dans les Xe et XIXe arrondissements. Plusieurs témoins mettent en cause le rappeur MHD, de son vrai nom Mohamed Sylla, habitant des Chaufourniers. Les enquêteurs établissent que la Mercedes incendiée lui appartenait et des témoins affirment l'avoir vu à bord.
Par ailleurs, une des vidéos de la scène prise par un témoin depuis un appartement montre un homme de type africain aux cheveux teints en blond, vêtu d'un survêtement Puma. Or, à cette époque-là, MHD avait les cheveux peroxydés et était ambassadeur de la marque de sportswear.
«Sa position, c'est la rumeur qui fait que, par facilité, les membres du groupe de la Grange aux Belles ont dit ‘c'est forcément lui’», a observé l'avocat général dans ses réquisitions. «C'est pas par l'effet de la rumeur que la voiture de (Mohamed) Sylla a été identifiée comme celle de la commission des faits», a-t-il ajouté, recensant tous les éléments de preuve qui incriminent selon lui le rappeur.
